To prepare you will need:
1 crushed garlic clove
2 tablespoons ground ginger or 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
half a teaspoon of crushed chili peppers
half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 dl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
Mix all ingredients well, then leave for three hours at room temperature. Then, pour the mixture into a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
