Make a gargle with it. You can use it several times a day. Apart from sore throats, you will also get rid of bad breath and tartar.

5. Sea salt and lemon – easy, fast and effective remedy for painful pain. In a glass of warm water add a teaspoon of sea salt and squeeze the juice of an average lemon. Make a gargle about 5 minutes. You can do this 5 times a day.
