The cucumber diet is great for those who do not want to think too much about what to eat. The diet consists of only a few foods, which are consumed within 10 days.
Combined with physical activity, you can lose up to 5 pounds in just 10 days.
The basis of the diet is cucumber salad, which can be eaten whenever you feel hungry.
The other foods you can consume during the day (but not to mix them all at once, but to choose one) are:
2 boiled eggs
150 g tuna
150 g grilled meat
2 large potatoes, cooked in any way but not fried
3 slices of whole meal bread
You can also consume 500 grams of fresh fruit every day.
From liquids, you can drink water, but also tea and coffee, only without sugar. Carbonated drinks, alcohol and sweets are prohibited for these 10 days.
As we mentioned, whenever you are hungry you can eat cucumber salad and you can make a shake.
For the salad you will need about:
400 grams of cucumber
2 dl yogurt or yogurt
onions, if desired
To make a cucumber shake, mix one cucumber with the peel, one handful of spinach and a little fresh ginger in a blender.
It is best to drink the shake immediately after making it.
