Bring the line to perfection

The cabbage diet is considered to be one of the healthier diets, with a low fat and calorie content, and allows you to lose up to 5 kg in 7 days. Those who have adhered to this diet say that it gives great results, so it is no wonder that it has been a hit in the world for 2 decades.

The most important meal of the day is the low-calorie cabbage soup, which promotes rapid fat burning.
While adhering to this diet, you are allowed to eat other foods with less calories, while you should throw out sugar and foods such as baked potatoes, bananas and the like for the first 3 days.

So, the main meal is cabbage soup and it is prepared as follows:

Chop vegetables, such as carrots, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage and diced celery.
Put onion and a little oil in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes. Then add chopped vegetables.
Add 6-7 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and bring to a boil. Cook until vegetables are soft, about 45 minutes.
You can add salt and pepper if desired.

This is what the 7 day diet plan looks like:

First day
Cabbage and fruit soup of your choice, bananas are not allowed. Drink plenty of fluids, and water, unsweetened tea or black coffee are recommended.

Second day
Soup and vegetables, the quantity is not limited, it is important not to feel hungry. Eat green vegetables, and avoid corn, peas and other legumes. You can bake potatoes for dinner. It is forbidden to eat fruit on this day.

Third day

You can combine fruits and vegetables of your choice with cabbage soup, but not foods that contain a lot of carbohydrates (for example potatoes).

Fourth day
In addition to cabbage stew, you can eat a maximum of four bananas and consume skim milk in unlimited quantities.

Fifth day
Cabbage soup is mandatory, and one meal of 300-500 g of lean chicken or beef and tomato salad (maximum 6 tomatoes) is allowed. During the day you should drink 1.5 to two liters of water, which will improve the washing away of excess acids from the body.

Sixth day
At least one serving of cabbage soup, lean chicken or beef and lots of vegetables. On the sixth day it is not allowed to eat potatoes.

Seventh day
On the last day of the diet, cabbage soup is a must, and you can reduce hunger with a portion of brown rice and vegetables. You are allowed to drink unsweetened fruit juice.

Note: It is recommended to follow this diet for 7 days, after which you should take a break of at least 2 days.
