First aid for sore throat: Recipe for a simple and healthy home-made syrup that strengthens immunity

Sore throats are possible at any time of the year, but are much more common during the colder months, and this syrup is a natural way to deal with them.

This powerful homemade drink can help you soothe and absorb natural ingredients that have a beneficial effect on the body.

Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon turmeric;
– 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger;
– 1 tablespoon crushed garlic;
– 4 tablespoons of honey;
– 4 tablespoons of lemon juice;
– juice of one orange;
– half a spoon of cinnamon;
– half a spoon of hot pepper.


Preparation:

Heat the honey over a low heat until it melts, then add all the other ingredients one by one, then mix well.

Leave the mixture for an hour, then strain it through gauze and put it in a glass bottle.

How to use: Take one tablespoon two to three times a day.
